Michael Saylor: The BIP-110 support rate is only 2.54%, which does not allow for a consensus among miners

In a letter from the founder of Strategy, Michael Saylor, on platform X, it is stated that the BIP-110 support rate for the 960,561 blocks was only 2.54 per cent, and only 24 of the 946 blocks sent signals, all of which came from the DATUM miners who shared incentives through OCEAN, with a voluntary threshold of 0,55 per cent beyond OCEAN, which is not the miners ' consensus. Saylor points out that OCEAN sets the BIP-110 signal as the default option, and the BIP-110 guide directs node operators to Bitcoin Knots, miners to DATUM and actually acts as a vertical integration marketing activity for Knots and OCEAN。
