Melon Bank, New York, in collaboration with Galaxy, will launch an encrypted currency pledge service

On 5 August, Galaxy Digital announced today a strategic partnership with the Melon Bank (BNY) in New York to further the development of a digital asset infrastructure for the institutional market. This cooperation will support digital asset services, including pledgeing - - The pledge is a mechanism that allows for a return incentive for eligible digital assets. The parties will integrate digital asset hosting and pledge services into the same corporate service model. By combining the BNY Digital Asset Trust Platform with Galaxy ' s professional experience in the area of Proof of Interests (PoS) network, both parties aim to provide an integrated, institutional-level pledge participation experience for clients and to help institutional clients participate in pledge activities through a secure and simplified process.
