Galaxy Research: ETA and SOL or need to revisit inflation plans after oversupply
On 8 August, the Vice-President of Galaxy Research, Lucas Tcheyan, stated that ETA and Solana were raising with their stakeholders the same core issue: how much currency security budget is needed to secure the chain and whether it is worth adjusting the inflation release schedule. The discussion has not yet resulted in a clear decision and is only in the re-evaluation phase. Inflationary issuance rates are a key parameter in determining the future supply of coins, and the downwards may improve supply and demand structures, and if they are maintained or increased, supply pressures persist. Lucas also stated that network stakeholders were linking security costs to the value of tokens, which could trigger the anticipated re-pricing of ETH and SOL supplies in the market。
