Bitwise CIO: If only 1 per cent of global institutions are allocated bitcoin or $2 trillion

Matt Hougan, Chief Investment Officer of Bitwise, said that institutions such as global pensions, endowment funds, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds combined managed approximately $1 trillion to $2 trillion in assets, and that even if only about 1 per cent of bitcoin were deployed in the future, it could bring in $1 trillion to $2 trillion in additional funds.
