The Supreme Court of Korea proposes to amend the Civil Enforcement Rules

The Supreme Court of Korea intends to amend the Civil Enforcement Rules to allow the court to require the exchange to disclose the encrypted assets held by the debtor within seven days of receiving the order and to freeze, hand over or realize the assets for the execution of the civil debt. If the rule were to move forward as planned, as of 11 August, it was expected to take effect on 1 October, but it would remain more difficult for individuals to directly enforce private key assets。
