Cooper's United States branch became a member of FINRA and is registered as a broker in the United States SEC

On 13 August, Cooper, a digital asset infrastructure provider, announced that its local entity had been admitted as a member of the United States Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which enabled the company to extend its institutional hosting and trading infrastructure to the United States market. In addition, Cooper Markets was registered as a broker at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 7 August. Copper states that its United States branch will provide qualified hosting, pledge, financing and off-site trading services, as well as access to its ClearLoop network, which allows institutions to pledge and transfer encrypted currency and tokenized assets as collateral between their counterparties。
