Kraken or Hyperliquid testing for HIP-3 DEX

Kraken may be testing a compliant HIP-3 to the Centralization Exchange (DEX) on Hyperliquid. An analyst, Shaunda Devens, reported that the deploymenter, “Kraken HIP-3 Test DEX”, had activated the authorization system, known as Star Gating, on Hyperliquid, and had added 10 wallets to its list of approved users and tested three compliance controls. This initiative raised the possibility that Kraken would be the first HIP-3 compliant deployment. Hyperliquid is also increasing its testing network functionality to support compliance。
