SAMSUNG IS DEVELOPING HBM4E ON THE 8TH FLOOR, AS REQUIRED BY WEIDAR

According to the Seoul Economic Journal, Samsung Electronics is developing an 8-storey HBM4E product for the customized high-bandwidth storage of NVHBM in Wedda. Young Weida requires target speeds ranging from 17 to 18 Gbps, an increase of about 20 per cent over the 14.4 Gbps from the early three-star HBM4E samples. 8 Layer Design can reduce stacking and enhance supply capacity, and NVHBM may start with Rubin Ultra AI GPU, launched next year. Rubin Ultra will increase the GPU interconnectivity size from 72 to a maximum of 576。
