The SEC has approved new regulations, and the market value is below $5 million

On 23 July, NASDAQ will revise the rules in order to move more quickly away from poorly run businesses; prior to that, regulators closely followed allegations of sharp market fluctuations and manipulation of micro-equity transactions. According to a plan approved by the United States SEC on Wednesday, the market value of the securities of the company Jonas Daq was less than $5 million for 30 days, subject to immediate suspension and de-marketing penalties and limited access to complaints. This more stringent standard is expected to spill over to the mini- and “senso-equity” markets; previously, regulators have warned against “pump-and-Dump” frauds using high-tech techniques. In its approval document, the SEC indicated that it was more vulnerable to market manipulation or sharp fluctuations because of the low-priced, low-market-market equities that required less money manipulation.
