Bithumb's misdirected bitcoin recovery will be the first judgement delivered on August 27th
According to information received on 23 July, according to Digital Asset, on 27 August, the Korean court will deliver its first trial judgement in respect of the Bythumb misdistribution of bitcoin, in which the user was alleged to have mistook the BTC and held approximately 194 million won in cash. Bithumb had previously initiated undue profit-return proceedings against four users, in the amount of approximately 500 million won. In February of this year, Bithumb erroneously recorded the Korean Won credits as bitcoin in the distribution of the activity incentives, followed by recovery proceedings, claiming that 99 per cent of the 1,788 BTCs had been recovered as at 10 March。
