Israeli security company Zenity completed $125 million in C round finance

On 4 August, Israel ' s AI security start-up company, Zenity, completed a $125 million C round of financing to bet on the brand-new security risks arising from the deployment of the business AI Agent. This round of financing was led by the Norwest Venture Partners, with the participation of SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures. Zenity ' s core product uses real-time monitoring of AI Agent ' s operations in an enterprise environment to determine whether its behaviour deviates from the intended target and to block or adjust when it detects behaviour that may endanger business data, customer assets or system security. Zenity Co-founder and CEO Ben Kliger stated that, in the past, the AI security primary concern model itself and the user entered the hint (Prompt), but as AI Agent began to perform its tasks, make decisions and connect to the enterprise system, the security focus was shifting to “Agent Behaviour itself”。
