The SEC continues to maintain strict control over ticketing companies

On 2 August and 31 July, the CVM and its territorial police focused on the disclosure of a number of decisions on administrative control measures related to the operations of the Investment Bank, with accountability for the practice and internal control of multiple vouchers. This regulation covers six large-scale securities, red towers, century-old securities, simplistic securities, national-incorporation securities, and national-currency securities. The regulatory authority, depending on the circumstances of the violations committed by each institution, has issued a warning letter and ordered that two types of administrative measures be corrected. Three institutions, namely, Broad Issue, Red Tower and Century Securities, have been regulated to issue warning letters, and the problem of non-compliance has focused on short-term regulations for management and practice within the Bank.
